At one point in my life, I was just like you, struggling to come to grips with my divorce and define a new direction for my future.

It was the early 1990s, and I’d been practicing law and corporate consulting at a Big 4 accounting firm and as an executive on Wall Street.

While it looked like I was living the dream, I actually felt very stuck and dissatisfied. My relationship was falling apart, and my career just did not feel like me. I felt unfulfilled personally and professionally.

I began working with a therapist and coach, who helped me envision the life I really wanted. The work we did together was illuminating and transformative. Because of it, I left corporate America, went back to school, and began a five-year clinical and academic journey to open a psychotherapy practice of my own. My marriage ended, and I began to embrace life as a single person again.
The journey was definitely challenging, and I experienced first-hand the divorce process and all its recovery phases. Yet despite the pain, it was also an unexpected opportunity to develop into a stronger, more confident, and more vibrant version of myself. Plus, the process allowed me to develop tools to aid in my own healing, such as resilience, empowerment, and understanding patterns to make better and healthier choices.

My recovery from my divorce was a success, and I went on to live a life much more aligned with my own values and sense of self.

Today, I have a thriving practice that specializes in divorce support and recovery, high-conflict couples therapy, blended families, and co-parenting therapy. I’m a Parenting Coordinator in courts on divorce matters as well as a Collaborative Divorce Coach. And I also provide coaching to executives, private practice therapists and individuals around the globe who are going through a wide range of life/career transitions as well as consult CEOs and HR leadership on mental health in the workplace.

Aligning my work with my values has led to professional happiness 
and notable accomplishments, including being the 2019 recipient of the New York Psychotherapist Award and being named New Jersey’s top ten leading women entrepreneurs in 2020. I’ve also become a sought-after subject matter expert featured in television and media outlets including Forbes, Bloomberg, MSN, Men’s Health, Business Insider, and so many more.

My personal life blossomed, too. I met my soul partner, have a son, and feel more like me than ever before.

Throughout the growth of my practice, I began to see many clients who were going through painful divorces of their own. It was a process I related to tremendously. So, I shared with them the tools that had been so helpful for me. I was thrilled to see that they were able to use them to process, accept, and release their pain in the same way that I had and then go on to create meaningful new visions for what they wanted in the next chapter of their lives.

These tools have since become the framework I’ve used to help hundreds of clients navigate their own divorce and recover from it successfully, and my mission now is to share my blueprint with you!

You’ll also learn how to face your “what ifs” and recognize what is in your control rather than what is out of your control. All of this learning is essential for rebuilding your confidence and self-esteem again and boldly moving forward.

While it looked like I was living the dream, I actually felt very stuck and dissatisfied. My relationship was falling apart, and my career just did not feel like me. I felt unfulfilled personally and professionally.

I began working with a therapist and coach, who helped me envision the life I really wanted. The work we did together was illuminating and transformative. Because of it, I left corporate America, went back to school, and began a five-year clinical and academic journey to open a psychotherapy practice of my own. My marriage ended, and I began to embrace life as a single person again.
The journey was definitely challenging, and I experienced first-hand the divorce process and all its recovery phases. Yet despite the pain, it was also an unexpected opportunity to develop into a stronger, more confident, and more vibrant version of myself. Plus, the process allowed me to develop tools to aid in my own healing, such as resilience, empowerment, and understanding patterns to make better and healthier choices.

My recovery from my divorce was a success, and I went on to live a life much more aligned with my own values and sense of self.

Today, I have a thriving practice that specializes in divorce support and recovery, high-conflict couples therapy, blended families, and co-parenting therapy. I’m a Parenting Coordinator in courts on divorce matters as well as a Collaborative Divorce Coach. And I also provide coaching to executives, private practice therapists and individuals around the globe who are going through a wide range of life/career transitions as well as consult CEOs and HR leadership on mental health in the workplace.
Aligning my work with my values has led to professional happiness and notable accomplishments, including being the 2019 recipient of the New York Psychotherapist Award and being named New Jersey’s top ten leading women entrepreneurs in 2020. I’ve also become a sought-after subject matter expert featured in television and media outlets including Forbes, Bloomberg, MSN, Men’s Health, Business Insider, and so many more.

My personal life blossomed, too. I met my soul partner, have a son, and feel more like me than ever before.
